About Swapna Mamidipally MD

For Dr. Mamidipally, being a physician and helping people lead a healthy life has been a dream from her childhood. She graduated with honors from Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad, India. She completed Internal Medicine residency and Cardiology fellowship from the Stony Brook University Hospital, Stony Brook, NY. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, Echocardiography, Nuclear cardiology and Cardiac Computer Tomography (Cardiac CT).

With a passion for women's heart disease, heart failure and cardiac imaging, Dr. Mamidipally
strongly feels that heart disease can be prevented with increasing awareness and leading a healthy lifestyle.

Apart from her work, she enjoys time with her husband and two kids. She loves to read and travel.
